The Founding of New Eden
All of New Eden's characters, environments, and cinematics are tailor-made to tell a story we hope to share one day.
Set in the world of Elysia, New Eden tells the story of those who defied destiny and chose to stand against an ancient power that sought control over all.
World Development
While slow to develop, we started with our first world, "Forgotten Gate," which sits among the "Starfall Mountains" and secretly hides the city of New Eden, the golden bastion that stands against the coming storm.
Inspired Travel
Warp travel was introduced into the story of New Eden as a solution to world traveling within VRChat but also as a convenient form of travel for our characters. Our character, "Celestis," is largely responsible for the creation of this ancient and godlike technology.
Entertainment Hall of New Eden
Among the city of New Eden resides "Evergarden," the city's glamorous event hall run by New Eden's biggest benefactor and character, "Columbia," who is often treated as a celebrity among its citizens.
Frolic Lounge ( Starlight Speakeasy )
New Eden's luxary lounge and public hangout space. Frolic is a hidden speakeasy lounge tucked away within Starlight Spire's grand library. Originally built as a hidden bunker, it has since been converted into a lounge so that royalty like "Celestis" could relax without leaving the safety of Starlight Spire.
Character Concepts
All our characters typically begin with concept art and then slowly evolve over time, balancing the needs of our story along with the desires of our community, which results in the many characters we have today.
Into the future
Hard work, love, and passion are put into all our creative projects with the dream that one day we will be able to tell our story. Today, our worlds and characters might be limited to virtual reality, but tomorrow, they could be so much more.
We have high hopes for the future and truly believe anything is possible thanks to our incredibly supportive and generous community and volunteer staff teams. Just like our characters, we will continue to venture into the unknown and fight for a dream that we hope to achieve one day. A future that is beautiful and one that we might be able to enjoy together.
