Q: Where can I find my included Avatars, Skins or DLC?
A: Active "Heroic & Legendary" Members can visit the "Content Vault" page for all Skins, DLC & Avatar downloads! They are free and included as part of your membership ongoing membership.
Q: What avatars are included as part of my membership?
A: Active "Legendary" Members get access to our entire avatar lineup with new and upcoming avatars being added at launch! This included all versions of the avatar including (PC Opti, Quest/Android, PC Versions). This does "NOT" include older or discontinued versions of avatars. Only the ones currently available on our site.
Q: What happens to my avatars if I cancel my membership?
A: Any avatars downloaded while a membership is active can continue to be used, however continued support like avatar uploads or updates will be cancelled. Membership support is only available to "active" members tho we will still offer help on a case by case basis.
Q: How do I get access to my "World Perks" or added to the in-game whitelist?
A: Once your membership is active simply join our Discord and open a "Membership Support Ticket" and provide your VRChat & Discord Username, Email and for "Legendary" members a picture to be used for your "In-Game Poster".
Q: What is "Supporter Discord Access"?
A: Active members get access to our "Supporter Channels" within our Discord! Here you can get weekly behind the scenes updates, vote on future creative decisions and be more involved in our community!
Q: How do I get my Discord Role?
A: Once your Supporter Membership is active, visit the "Perks" page and connect your discord. Our bot should automatically assign your role. If it doesn’t, just open a support ticket on our Discord, and we’ll fix it right away!
Q: Are Skins & DLC Available on Quest/Android?
A: Due to current technical limitations, Avatar Skins & DLC are only available for our PC Versions. However we are actively exploring potential solutions for the future!
Q: How often can I expect content releases as a supporter member?
A: We are attempting to release some type of Avatar, Skin, World or DLC on a Bi-Monthly or even Monthly basis. This can change if something comes up however we are doing everything we can to provide regular releases for our members as a thank you for your ongoing support.
Q: How do I get my avatar updates?
A: When we update our Avatars you will be sent a fresh download link to your email address! Be sure to check the spam folder if you cant find it. You can find the patch notes on our "Discord".
Q: How do I upload a New Eden Avatar or install a Skin or DLC?
A: We have all our showcases and upload guides on our Youtube Channel! If you need help we recommend checking there first otherwise open a support ticket on our Discord.
