Q: Where can I access my free Avatars & Skins as a supporter member?
A: Active Heroic & Legendary Members can visit the "Content Vault" page for all Skins & Avatar downloads!
Q: What is "Supporter Discord Access"?
A: In our exclusive supporter Discord channels, active members can vote on creative decisions, receive regular behind-the-scenes updates and occasionally test upcoming worlds and avatars. These channels offer you a unique peek behind the curtain, inviting you to become an integral part of the creative process.
Q: How do I get my Discord Role?
A: Once your Supporter Membership is active, our bot should automatically assign your role. If it doesn’t, just open a support ticket on our Discord, and we’ll fix it right away!
Q: How can I get whitelisted after becoming a member?
A: Once your an active member you can recieve to your available In-World perks and access by visiting our Discord and opening a support ticket. Please provide your VRChat information and supporter information so our team can add you to our in-game whitelist making your perks and access available on VRChat.
Q: Are perks and rewards expected to grow overtime?
A: Yes! While they’re not available yet, we have plans for in-game posters, avatar DLC, and more in the future. As memberships evolve, we’ll always keep you updated with the latest information.
Q: Will prices change overtime?
A: Our membership plans are priced with future additions in mind. If changes are necessary, we’ll retire the current tier and introduce a new one. Rest assured, New Eden Interactive will NEVER change your monthly membership price without your knowledge.
Q: Can I use Skins and DLC on Quest versions?
A: Due to current technical limitations, Avatar Skins & DLC are currently available only for the PC version of New Eden Avatars. However, we are actively exploring potential solutions for the future!
